The Adur and Worthing Councils are seeking to dispose of the former Civic Centre, Shoreham which extends to approximately 0.623 ha (1.54 acres)
The site is to be sold on a freehold basis with offers to be subject to satisfactory planning permission to deliver comprehensive redevelopment of the site
Given its prominent location at the entrance to the town centre, higher density development is appropriate and a high standard of design and sustainability should reflect this.
